With the vision “All services at a glance, all authorizations in one place,” the Swiss Federal Tax Administration ESTV has launched the new program “ePortal.” Since November 22, 2022, the online platform for Swiss value added tax has been available.

The ESTV has replaced the older ESTV SuisseTax with the ePortal. The transition from the old to the new platform took place step by step. Users were automatically redirected to the new program after the changeover.

In the ePortal, in addition to VAT returns, services for withholding tax and other services are also available.

VAT return pro

Declaring value added tax in the ePortal takes place in the same way as in ESTV SuisseTax. VAT returns that have already been submitted are automatically transferred to the new platform.

VAT return easy

With the function “VAT return easy,” value added tax returns can be completed even faster and in a more simplified way.

VAT certificate

This service is taken over from ESTV SuisseTax in the new portal. Registration certificates as well as entrepreneur certificates can be easily retrieved online.

With this function, withholding tax can be processed online. This service replaces forms F103, F110 (both without notification procedure), and form 25.

Radio TV fee

The processing of radio and television fees for companies is also available as a service.

With myESTV, all authorizations can be managed in one place. Data and existing authorizations are transferred from the old program to the new one.
